I’m worried that I have bad breath. I often daren’t sit near someone else because I’m worried they’ll smell it. What can I do to make sure I have fresher breath?
A lot of people worry about bad breath, often unnecessarily. It’s important that you practice good oral hygiene, brushing your teeth morning and evening, using dental floss every day, and maybe using a tongue cleaner. The chemist also has tablets and mouthwashes that help combat bad breath. Garlic and some other foods can temporarily give you bad breath, as can a throat infection. Ask someone you know well to tell you honestly if your breath smells bad.
