You asked:
How often should I change my towel?
Bodyform answer:
Generally speaking, you will need to change more frequently on the second and third day of your period and less on the first and last days when you loose less fluid. A good rule of thumb, however, is every three to four hours but this will change slightly depending on how heavy your period is.

You asked:
How does a towel work?
Bodyform answer:
The top layer of the towel has a soft surface to protect your skin from irritation. The ingenious design allows fluid to seep in but not out. Under this surface lies the core. This absorbs all your menstrual blood, locking it securely into the towel. The final layer (next to your pants) prevents leakage from the bottom. The towel also has adhesive strips on the underside that help keep the towel securely in place.

You asked:
Bodyform answer:
After removing the towel from its package, as you unfold it, remove the protective covering to expose the sticky strips. Secure the towel by placing the strips against your panties. Make sure the towel is centred in the middle of your panties. Check with your pants on – if the towel is off-centre, reposition it by carefully removing it and moving it to the desired position.

You asked:
What should I do with the used towel?
Bodyform answer:
You can wrap your used towel in the plastic wrapper that was around the new towel, or roll a piece of toilet paper around it. Dispose of it in a waste bin (do not try to flush it as this may cause the toilet to block up - terribly embarrassing).
