What is the difference between towels and pantyliners?
Towels can absorb much more fluid and are therefore the best solution for the heavier days of your period. Pantyliners are thinner and are better suited to the beginning and end of your period, or if you have vaginal discharge. We also offer an ultra thin pantyliner that can be used in between your periods for those days when you want to feel fresh all day.
