How can I change my details in the period calander?
Answer
As logged in user at Bodyform.co.uk select My Period\My Period calendar in the top menu and click the 'My calendar' button. Select 'My reminders & settings', on the displayed page you can change your details as well as set up reminders.

How can I subscribe to the Bodyform period calander?
Answer
To subscribe to the Bodyform period calendar you must be a Bodyform.co.uk member. Click the 'Register' link in the header to create your Bodyform account or 'Sign in' with your existing account. As logged in user at Bodyform.co.uk select My Period\My Period calendar in the top menu. Subscribe to the period calendar by filling out your latest period and select what settings you want to display in your period calendar, click the 'Set it up!' button.

Answer
Yes, Bodyform.co.uk is being monitored. Bodyform have the help of an outside firm that acts as moderator. They help us to keep track of discussions. With their presence, we hope to get a nicer forum with even more exciting discussions.

How can I delete a comment from the wall?
Answer
As logged in user at Bodyform.co.uk you are able to remove/delete all comments posted on your wall. Just click the 'Delete message' link that you find close to the actual comment.

How can I hide information on my profile page?
Answer
Click the 'Sign in' link in the header on Girls1st.com and enter your username and password. As logged in user click the 'MyPage' link or your username displayed in the header. By removing the tick in the checkbox 'Show others information from My Page', found in the section 'Edit your public profile', you hide information to others.
