Lead Generation Terms & Conditions
These Terms and Conditions prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communications, including advertising or promotional materials. Entry/claim instructions are deemed to form part of the terms and conditions and by participating all entrants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the terms and conditions. Please retain a copy for your information.
The Promoter & Administrator
1. Essity UK Limited, Southfields Road, Dunstable, Bedfordshire, LU6 3EJ (The Promoter).
2. Media Bounty, Unit G, 11 Bell Yard Mews, 175 Bermondsey Street, London, SE1 3TN (The Promoter Administration).
3. This promotional offer is open to residents of the United Kingdom (England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland) aged 16 or over, with the exception of employees of the Promoter, their immediate families, agents or anyone else professionally connected with this Promotion.
4. Coupon leaflets are available from 30/08/2019 to 15/11/2019 or when 28,178 coupon leaflets have been claimed. The 28,178 coupon leaflets will be available by entering your full name, email address and full postal address into the form on promotional Facebook posts and Instagram posts ads. There are multiple promotional ads, but only one coupon promotion. The Promoter maintains the right to close or change the status of the coupon function, should circumstances beyond its control occur.
5. Any significant situation regarding the stock situation or despatch details if relevant will be displayed on the site before the user is required to submit their details. All promotional ads will stop running if coupon leaflets have all been claimed.
6. No purchase is necessary to receive these coupon leaflets; however Internet connection is required and an active Facebook or Instagram account. 7. To apply for a coupon leaflet click on the promotional social post, enter your full name, email address and full postal address details on the form and submit.
8. Maximum one request per household. All coupon requests must be made directly by the person requesting the offer. If we establish that any entrant has been requesting coupon leaflets for individuals other than themselves and have the relevant evidence then we reserve the right to withdraw the coupon leaflet.
9. For each valid request, recipients will receive an a5 coupon leaflet containing 1 x coupon for a free full-size Pure Sensitive Daily Intimate Wash, 1 x coupon for a free full-size pack of Pure Sensitive Daily Intimate Wipes and 1 x coupon for 50p off Pure Sensitive Daily Intimate Towels and Liners.
10. Coupons expire 31/12/2019. See coupon leaflet for usage and validity details. Coupons are only redeemable inside the UK at Asda, Sainsbury’s and Morrisons.
11. Please allow 28 days from submitting your request for delivery of your coupon leaflet.
12. If participants do not receive their coupon leaflet 28 days after submitting their request or have any queries, they can query this by emailing email@example.com.
13. It is the responsibility of the participant to provide their correct, up-to-date details at the time of the request in order for their coupon leaflet to be processed. The Promoter, The Administrator, nor its fulfilment agent can be held responsible for winners failing to supply accurate information which affects coupon fulfilment.
14. Bulk requests made from trade, consumer groups or third parties will not be accepted. Incomplete, multiple or illegible requests and those which do not satisfy the requirements of these terms and conditions in full will be disqualified and will not be fulfilled. If it becomes apparent that a participant is using a computer(s) to circumvent this condition by, for example, the use of ‘script’, ‘brute force’, masking their identity by manipulating IP addresses, using identities other than their own or any other automated means, that person’s requests will be disqualified and any coupon award will be void.
15. The Promoter may refuse to award a coupon leaflet, or seek its recovery, in the event of an entrant's fraud, dishonesty or non-entitlement under these terms and conditions.
16. The Promoter is not responsible or liable for:
i. any submissions that are lost or delayed due to faulty, failed or erroneous electronic data transmissions;
ii. communications line failure, regardless of cause, with regard to any equipment, systems, networks, lines satellites, servers, computers or providers utilised in any aspect of this promotion causing delays or disruption;
iii. claims which are lost, delayed, corrupted, damaged, misdirected or incomplete or cannot be delivered for any technical, delivery or other reason. Inaccessibility or unavailability of the internet.
17. In the event of exceptional circumstances outside its reasonable control and only where circumstances make this unavoidable, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the promotion or these terms and conditions at any stage but will always endeavour to minimise the effect to participants in order to avoid undue disappointment.
18. The Promoter cannot accept any responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury, costs, expenses or claims suffered by participants as a result of registering for the promotion. The Promoter further disclaims liability for any injury or damage to you or any other person relating to the coupon leaflet.
19. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the offer, in part or whole, with an alternative of equal or greater value in the event of circumstances beyond its control.
20. The decision of the Promoter shall be final and binding in all promotional matters.
21. This Promotional Offer is governed by the laws of England and Wales and entrants submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English and Welsh courts.
22. If any of these clauses should be determined to be illegal, invalid or otherwise unenforceable then it shall be severed and deleted from these terms and conditions and the remaining clauses shall survive and remain in full force and effect.
23. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Facebook or Instagram. You understand that you are providing information to the Promoter and not to the aforementioned. By entering the promotion, all participants agree to complete liability release for Facebook and Instagram.
